If, within 60 days of your purchase from an authorized Beastie Bands seller, you're not completely happy with your collar, we'll gladly offer you a refund or a replacement.

Because we want to ensure you're getting genuine Beastie Bands quality, this guarantee applies only to purchases made from authorized sellers. Unfortunately, we can't extend our promise to products bought from unauthorized sources. This guarantee is also for the original cat parent who purchased the collar.
